 What is life coaching? 

In its simplest form, life coaching is a collection of methods used to help others meet and exceed their goals. Life coaches partner with clients to ask them thought-provoking questions, offer deep insight, and powerful techniques to help the client make transformational personal and professional decisions. They teach the client how to think differently, feel differently, make sound choices, look within themselves for answers, and offer fresh insight.

 

Life coaches vary. Most life coaches focus on a particular group of people to help. For example, there are life coaches for relationships, emotional management, weight loss, self-confidence, women's empowerment, health, positive thinking, business etc. Some coaches are more general and focus on helping clients from all walks of life meet their goals.

 

What is the difference between life coaching and therapy?

Life coaches are not mental health professionals, although some mental health professionals are life coaches. A life coach focuses on the present and the future, while therapists sometimes discuss the past and dig deeper using their professional training. Life coaches use various methods to help their client achieve great results, but they do not diagnose or treat patients.

 

Where will the coaching session take place?

I offer in-person and phone coaching. While they are both great options, there are some key differences. Often, clients love the phone coaching option for a few reasons: it's convenient, comfortable, and easy. Over-the-phone you can be in the car, on your lunch break, or in your house in your pajamas. Many clients love this option and feel very comfortable conversing over the telephone.

 

In-person is another great option. We will meet at a safe and comfortable location, and we can discuss your goals and anything else you want to converse about. Most of my coaching is done via telephone.  

 

When will I see results?

100% of my clients have seen some change in themselves in the first session. They have noticed a shift in their thoughts and feelings. In addition, most clients report that they feel much better and more confident by the fourth session. However, results vary from client to client. And the entire 8- week coaching program is strongly recommended to see long-term results. We can solve many more issues by completing the entire 8-week program.

 

How long does a coaching session last?

A typical coaching session lasts for 50 minutes to an hour. However, under special circumstances, a session could be shorter or longer.

My specialty is self-confidence. I help people to master their self-confidence using my life coaching method. I help people of faith to achieve self-confidence to pursue their purpose. Self-confidence is so important and will help in every area of your life. Without it, you will struggle immensely. I help you use your inner power to live your dreams.
